Joistwork ยท Private workflow automation

Privacy policy

This policy covers Google account access used by Geocoder for Estimation, the private Joistwork workflow automation application. The operator can be contacted at vybavk@gmail.com.

Information accessed and its purpose

With the account holder's authorisation, workflows read and update spreadsheet content and spreadsheet/file metadata to maintain business research and contact records. Records may include business names, websites, locations, business contact names, contact details, research results, status and notes. Gmail's send-only permission is used to transmit workflow notification messages and their recipient and message fields.

Processing and sharing

Google provides the connected account, Sheets, Drive and Gmail services. The operator's n8n instance processes workflow data. Configured workflows may send relevant business fields to search, geocoding, enrichment and AI providers to perform their requested functions; the current system uses services including Google, Hunter, Brave Search, SerpAPI and OpenRouter. Notification content is disclosed to its intended recipients. Providers process requests under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

The purpose of this access is the operator's business workflow functionality. The application does not operate an advertising service or a marketplace for Google account data. Use of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage, access and retention

OAuth tokens are stored in n8n's encrypted credential storage on the operator-controlled host. Workflow records and execution data may be stored on that host and in the connected spreadsheets. Repository and service backups may retain copies. Access to the n8n editor requires authentication.

Execution records are currently configured for pruning after 14 days, subject to a maximum count of 10,000; actual pruning depends on the service running. Business records remain in their destination spreadsheets until the operator removes them. Backup copies have a separate lifecycle and may remain after live records are removed.

Disconnecting and deletion requests

The account holder can remove this application's access through Google Account connections and disconnect its n8n credential. Revoking access prevents future authorised Google API access; it does not erase previously stored spreadsheet records, execution data or backups. Contact the operator to request review or deletion of stored data, including backup handling.
